A little about me...
I first started doing hair and make up in high school for my friends and family for their prom, senior pictures, and even weddings. Coming from an extremely huge family, I was kept pretty busy. So I continued teaching myself new skills and techniques. It was much harder back then because YouTube was not around! I actually had to go buy books to teach myself. I knew from then that this is what I wanted to do. I also work in a salon cutting and coloring hair as well. How lucky am I that I get to use my skills to create beauty! Besides my love for hairstyling and make up, my other loves are my husband and two teenage children (yes, two teenagers! lol). Also two dogs, Enzo and Lucy Lu.
One of the best thing I love about what I do is that I get to help people see the beauty they have. To see that their uniqueness is part of their beauty. I love seeing their faces when they see themselves in a way they don't normally see. Make up doesn't have to be heavy and extreme. Make up can be applied to only just slightly enhance the features of the face for a very soft natural look. That's what is so much fun about make up and the many different looks that can be created.
